LadeAgro exists because most animal production advice in circulation was written for conditions that have nothing to do with ours. Different breeds, different feed sources, different diseases, different markets.
I started this consultancy after years studying animal production in Nigeria and watching the same pattern: farmers with real drive and enough capital, derailed by guidance that simply did not apply to where they were.
